Tino Baguio, COO
Tino Baguio is a managing partner and one of the founders Dedicated Radio, LLC.
Mr. Baguio comes from a successful career with Nextel Communications, leaving to become the
Chief Operating Officer for Dedicated Radio in October 2001. Mr. Baguio worked his way through
college and then beyond as a disc jockey for national entertainment corporations based in California,
Arizona and Tennessee.
Chris Dengler, CTO
Mr. Dengler, formally a Software Design Engineer with the Microsoft Corporation, designed and architected
the Dedicated Radio concept. He has worked closely in technology with many companies such as Verizon,
Volkswagon, Trans World Entertainment Corporation, Honeywell, and American Express just to name a few. He
also assisted with the design of Microsoft's first implementation of Web Services formally known as Simple
Object Access Protocol (SOAP). He has written patents for media technology and delivered numerous conferences,
speeches and seminars on upcoming technology advancements.
Keith Anderson, VP Business Development
Mr. Anderson has spent the last 22 years in management, sales and marketing from the
Transportation Industry to Communications and Technology to Finance and Mortgage Banking.
He was consistently in the top 1% production ratings in each of his chosen fields. He worked with Nextel
Communications starting in 1994 until resigning from a National Corporate Accounts Sales Manager position
at the end of 2001 to work with Dedicated Radio.
Lee Brower, Managing Partner
Lee Brower is a managing Partner of Dedicated Radio, LLC as well as Founder and CEO of Empowered Wealth, LC,
an international consulting firm headquartered in Bountiful, Utah.
With over 30 years experience, Lee advises successful businesses, families, trusts, foundations,
professional athletes and celebrities on how to protect and empower their Human, Intellectual,
Civic and Financial assets. In this capacity, he has created The Empowered Wealth System,
The Family Empowered Co-operative�, The Family Empowered Bank� concept and The �Relevant� Living Trust�.
These breakthrough innovations have become cornerstones for the construction of bridges that transport a
family�s �True Wealth� to future generations. Lee is a frequent lecturer, public speaker and seminar leader.
He also serves as a National Partner for the Private Consulting Group, a boutique broker/dealer that
specializes in providing financial solutions and strategies for wealthy families and individuals.
Co-author of Wealth Enhancement & Preservation *, he is recognized in Who�s Who in the West and Who�s
Who Worldwide. His new book Empowered Wealth is scheduled for publication fall 2004.
Born and raised in California, Lee attended Brigham Young University and the University of Redlands
where he majored in business administration and Spanish. He also earned the CLU and CHFC designations
from American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
Marshall Thurber, Managing Partner
Marshall is known as one of the creative geniuses of our time. He is an entrepreneur, attorney, writer,
inventor, master teacher and successful businessman. Marshall is the creator of several international
